Your privacy.

When you send an enquiry, we collect the details you give us: your name, email address and phone number, your child’s name and date of birth, your preferred start date and days, how you heard about us and your message.

We use your details to respond to your enquiry, arrange a tour, discuss places and keep you informed about the centres you chose. Your enquiry goes to the director of each centre you selected and to our central team.

We keep enquiries in Bower Education’s secure Microsoft 365 systems. We do not sell your information or share it with anyone outside Bower Education, unless the law requires it.

We use Google Analytics to understand how families find and use our website, such as which pages are visited, the type of device used, the general area a visit comes from and whether someone booked a tour or sent an enquiry. Google Analytics uses cookies and does not tell us who you are.

You can block cookies in your browser settings or install the Google Analytics opt out add on.

Tour bookings are made through Microsoft Bookings and our waitlist is managed through Xplor. Links to these services, Instagram, our podcast and government websites open the other organisation’s website, where their own privacy policy applies.

Families enrolled at our centres can ask their centre director for our full privacy and confidentiality policy, which covers children’s records, photographs and information sharing.

You can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you, or raise a concern, by emailing info@bowereducation.com.au. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
