CHILD SAFETY
Safe. Heard.
Respected.
Children’s safety, dignity and wellbeing come first. We are committed to environments where children feel secure, are listened to and can speak up.
OUR COMMITMENT
Safety in everyday practice.
Children have a voice
We listen to children, respect their views and support them to recognise and communicate their feelings. Their perspectives help shape safe, inclusive environments.
A prepared, accountable team
Our child-safe practices include staff screening, training, clear expectations and procedures for responding to concerns. We do not tolerate abuse or harm.
Privacy and respectful practice
We take children’s privacy seriously. Photography, information-sharing and technology use are guided by our policies and family consent arrangements.
A partnership with families
We encourage families to ask questions, share concerns and understand our child-safe practices. Speak with your director for details of the policies and reporting pathways at your centre.
