OUR APPROACH
Childhood, with
room to unfold.
We see children as capable, curious people. Our role is to offer the relationships, time and environments that help them thrive.
OUR STORY
Family-owned.
Adelaide-grown.
More than 30 years of experience providing care
Bower Education was founded by early childhood educators Jane Parolin and Samantha Payze. Their belief in thoughtful care, rich learning environments and strong family relationships continues to shape our Adelaide centres.
Individual places. Shared purpose.
Each centre has its own character, history and community. What connects them is a shared commitment to children’s safety, wellbeing and learning, and to working in genuine partnership with families.
OUR PROMISE
With open hearts and minds, we educate in the collaborative pursuit of knowledge, to enhance and sustain our world, now and in the future.
OUR VALUES
Nurture, connect, inspire.
Three words shape everything we do: how we set up a room, how we greet a child at the gate, how we talk with you at the end of a long day.
Nurture
We create safe, warm and welcoming environments where children feel secure, respected and valued. Through attentive care and meaningful relationships, we support each child’s emotional wellbeing and sense of belonging.
Connect
Strong relationships are at the heart of great early childhood education. We foster connections between children, educators, families and the wider community, because learning happens best when children feel supported and understood.
Inspire
Children are naturally curious, capable learners. Our educators encourage exploration, creativity and discovery through engaging environments and thoughtful experiences that invite children to investigate the world around them.
OUR PHILOSOPHY
A better world,
together.
Our philosophy, shaped together with families, is guided by our dream of a better world, where nature and people exist in harmony, diversity is celebrated, and a collective social responsibility is valued by all.

Our aim is to provide nurturing environments where children and adults thrive through creativity, care, collaboration and responsibility.
We believe in fostering a deep connection with nature and with each other, instilling a profound respect and understanding of the world.
Through hands-on experiences and imaginative exploration, we aim to inspire creativity and curiosity, allowing children to express themselves freely and develop a lifelong love of learning.
In our community we value collaboration, encouraging children and adults to work together, respect each other’s ideas, and solve problems collectively.
We nurture a sense of responsibility, teaching children to care for themselves, for others and for the environment.
By integrating these values into every aspect of our program, we envision empowering future generations to become compassionate, environmentally conscious global citizens who contribute positively to society.
HOW CHILDREN LEARN
Curiosity leads the way.
Inspired by Reggio Emilia
Our educational approach draws on the Reggio Emilia philosophy, which sees children as capable, competent and active participants in their own learning. Educators observe closely and respond to children’s interests, supporting exploration, creativity, collaboration and critical thinking.
A thoughtful environment
Our interiors are crafted to soothe and inspire, while the outdoor spaces beckon with their natural beauty, each designed to engage all the senses and stimulate imaginative, thoughtful learning.
Families are partners
We see families as partners in their child’s learning. We value open communication, collaboration and mutual respect, and we encourage families to be actively involved in our centres and our community.
Educators who notice
Our educators plan, observe and reflect using the Early Years Learning Framework. They support the whole child: their confidence, relationships, wellbeing and growing independence.
