WANSLEA - ERIN
Hello and welcome! I'm Erin, the Centre Director at Wanslea Nursery School and ELC.
I believe choosing an early learning service is one of the biggest decisions a family can make, and it's a privilege to be part of that journey. My goal is for every child, family and educator to feel welcomed, valued and like they truly belong. Wanslea is a home away from home where children feel safe, loved and confident to be their authentic selves.
With over a decade of experience in early childhood education, I've grown through roles as an Educator, Room Leader, Assistant Director and Centre Director. These experiences have reinforced my belief that strong relationships are the foundation of children's learning, wellbeing and development.
Inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach, I see children as capable, curious and competent learners. Together with our dedicated team, we create meaningful, play-based experiences that nurture confidence, independence and a lifelong love of learning.
Child safety, inclusion and community are at the heart of everything we do. I look forward to welcoming your family to Wanslea and partnering with you to make your child's early learning journey a happy, enriching and memorable one.
